Over the years, the Pulitzer Prizes have made some questionable decisions, especially in the fiction category.
It is really powerful and the writing is intense and particularly creative (one of the voices being that of crack cocaine).
So I don't feel that will really be a factor of consideration.

Clegg's novel, the charge made is also unjust.
